My co-worker and I both have VW wagons that we love and we really appreciate the service department being open Saturdays. While our jobs are in Goleta we appreciate the chance to get service Sat and spend sometime exploring the downtown area while the car is serviced.

When things arenʼt perfect - we still do our best to make it right...hereʼs an example: Even though i just bought the car and there are a couple of things wrong with it and i need to take it back once again to get it fixed Jaime was nice and explanined everything and even put himself in my shoes and fully understood my frusturation about this andexplained that everything was going to be taken care of and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what was going to be done to take care of this. I really appreciate it when the service consultant is nice and fully explains everything.

Coby gave me the best service I have ever had in my life!!! I highly recommend this service department to anyone with a VW. I'll buy another VW just because of the awesome service I got from Santa Barbara Volkswagen!!!Hi... I just dropped in yesterday to have my VW key coordinated with my other key..... it took two minutes and Jaime, Kobe and Jesus were right ON AS USUAL... TERRIFIC SERVICE FROM THOSE 3. Our sales representative was very courteous and efficient in dealing with the purchase of our car. Ernesto Ramirez was my sales consultant and he was fantastic. Ernesto was very knowledgeable about the product, and very comfortable with demonstrating it. He was very personable. Friendly, but not too familiar, the perfect blend of professionalism. Everything went very well... No complaints. Reported an issue I had with my key ignition and I was help with no hassle and was told that the part need were going to be order from Germany at no extra charge since it was cover under the car warranty which made me very happy. Looking forward to my next visit...Good job everyone...been pleased since I took my new car into the dealer for service... Service Manager was fantastic! Ive been a customer for 20 years, and will continue to support SB VW

Gary Riter is the reason my entire family and I have recently purchased vehicles at Santa Barbara, CA Volkswagen. He came to vW from another local dealership we used for close to 20 years and because he left them we decided to try new Volkswagens and are extremely satisfied. My experience at Santa Barbara Volkswagen was by far the best experience I have had at the dealer in quite some time. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and accommodate my needs. The store was very clean, and all of the staff really seemed to love the important role that they play at he dealership. The technician, Willy, made time to greet me and explain a few questions I had about my Jetta. In recent times, it is rare to see a business that still strives to please their customer. Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but the service team at Santa Barbara Volkswagen has not forgotten this lost art, for that, this wonderful experience will not be soon forgotten, thank you.

I just stopped by to have a headlight replaced and the guys were wonderful! Friendly, fast, efficient, and very polite -- as always. They replaced the bulb on the spot and I was in and out of the service area in 15 minutes! You are my FAVORITE VW dealership ever! :)

I can't say enough about Jaime he accommodated my Holiday travel schedule and went the extra mile to get the parts needed to repair my car so that I could head out of town for the holidays. The service department was excellent as always, and I will continue taking my car here for all of my service needs.

The survey was not attached to your communication once my husband forwarded it to me, so I am just letting you know that everything is WONDERFUL with your service department. They have been nothing but efficient, professional and kind to us when we have been in the shop. The only reasons that I put NO on the survey was to answer them honestly, but we are not upset about anything. There were 2 items that needed further work on the car but that is to be expected sometimes and was handled efficiently at no additional cost to us. No one is perfect. Thanks for caring enough to ask, your staff did call me and follow up, I reassured them we are VERY happy.

The service I have received on my vehicle from SB Volkswagen has always been superior. The rate charged has been consistent with the quote, the vehicle has been returned on time, and it is always rinsed - fantastic! The service consultants are courteous and knowledgeable, a huge factor in my decision to bring my vehicle to SB VW instead of an independent service shop.
