I look forward to leasing a new car like I look forward to a root canal. From my introduction to Gary I knew I was to have easy and honest deal. I did my homework on GTI leases. I knew I wanted an autobahn upgrade. The color I wanted was in the showroom. Gary was the perfect salesman, down to earth,informed and was a wealth of information. I feel I got the car I wanted at the best price.(I don't feel that way @ the X5 i turned back in...BMW never again) Best news I LOVE driving my GTI 6 speed...I think i'm driving a high performance PORCHE at VW prices...I couldn’t be more pleased...Thanks

This is the sixth auto we have obtained from this dealer. They have always gotten the vehicle we wanted and the price is always good it has been bottom line first time out never believe I have had to haggle. I have sent friends there and they always said they had the same experience Kevin and team are great.

I went to several dealerships, and Ernesto was the first sales guy to take me seriously enough to check my credit and run actual numbers. I had better credit than I thought, and he came back smiling with the numbers. I found Ernesto to be haggle free and a pleasure to hang out with during the whole process. Thanks Ernesto!

I love SB Volkswagen. I bought my second VW from them 6 years ago and my third 6 months ago! The salespeople are really great. No pressure! Now that I have my new VW they send me reminder emails for my free checkups and every time I bring it in they are fast and they wash my car (!). Considering I don't pay for the checkups I always expect them to not treat me as well as a paying customer, but I am surprised by how nice they are every time. They are really concerned with keeping their customers happy. I wouldn't buy a VW from anywhere else. I LOVE my new VW and I love SB Volkswagen! Highly, highly recommend!

I leased a Volkswagen Jetta from SB Volkswagen 3 years ago,and it was a great experience, no pressure, no problems, just got me the car I wanted at a really good price. All of my service appointments went without any problems or unexpected charges. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Now that my lease is almost up, I'm going back for my next car.

This sales experience was the easiest ever!! Our sales consultant, Armando, was supreme! He really took time with us to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and he made the transaction go ever so very smoothly! We felt, this being our 6th Volkswagen purchase, that our "car karma" came back around for the good. I will encourage anyone looking for a Volkswagen to go to Santa Barbara Volkswagen! I loved my 2000 Golf and had excellent experience with the service department so I felt very comfortable coming back to SBVW for this purchase. Jaime, Steve, and Coby are always so kind and helpful. I feel I am among friends. The young man who gives me a complimentary ride to work is always friendly and accommodating. My car was ready ahead of schedule and was washed as well! My VW has 180K miles on it and all service has been done at this location. Although it is still running strong, when it comes time to finally buy my next VW I will buy it from SB VW.
