We did our research ahead of time on the car so we didn't need much as far as the sale. Once we were in contact with Gary, he provided a price that fit our needs, we drove to SBVW to purchase the car, the car was ready for our arrival, we did the drive there for service, etc.

I was very impressed by my experience here. I was recommended here by a close friend, and after my first visit I will not take my car anywhere else. Not only did the employees provide me with excellent customer service (which is rare in Santa Barbara), but they went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. I truly appreciate their efforts to get my car fixed as soon as possible, and take the time to help me understand what was wrong/fixed, so I left feeling at ease.

We shopped all over Ventura County for a used VW Jetta because of their reputation for safety, durability and because they hold their value so well. We finally found the car our daughter dreamed of, a white 2010 Jetta with sunroof, alloys, and an amazing radio at your dealership. It was certified so we actually got a longer warranty than if we bought the car new!! And I shouldn't tell you this, but the price was about $1000 lower than similar cars at used car lots for cars without the certification. We were quite surprised and pleased that in an area not really known for low prices (Santa Barbara) we got the best price and were treated with respect and dignity throughout the buying process. Now I know to shop at your dealership first.

When I brought my car in Jaime and Ed can right out to hear the noise I was complaining about. Ed knew just what it was and was able to quote me on the spot. He also was able to give me a time frame of how long the job would take. When it was a day longer then expected they gave me a rental car. I has just bought a used 2008 Jetta and the radio was wasn't going into "aux in" mode to utilize the jack. I spoke to Stephen Horn on the phone and he said to bring the car in to fix. Brought my car in the same day and he fixed the issue. Stephen was kind, professional and explained to me what the issue is. My whole experience at SB Volkswagen has been a great experience from sales to service. Even though I live in Ventura I would go the extra distance to work with Stephen because of his attention to detail and his professionalism. Stephen is a shining example of what great customer service is and should be when dealing with customers.

This dealership has serviced my previous 1986 GTI VW and for the past 11 years with my present 2001 Gulf VW. They have always provided the best of service for my vehicles and at times have been exceptionally gracious in taking care of my autos. Their service advisers are like family and the technicians have always been knowledgeable about explaining some of the code results that have come about in my service.
